Ab exercises?

04-05-10

I like to get rid of about 2-3″ from my midsection. I tried all kinds the so called ” Ab exercises”. They do not work for me.

I think when you lose fat, you lose it proportionately from throughout the body. I don’t think that when you do ab exercise you lose fat just from the ab !

What do you think?

imageYou know that starting a routine of home workouts is a great way to get the health building workout you need without wasting gas to drive to the gym and get stared at. Using home workouts to reach your fitness goals is a sound idea. If you put effort into your home workouts, and avoid the three most common training problems, you’ll be well on your way to the body you want. First of all, you need to consider the current state of your health before beginning a new workout regimen. While you may think that it’s a great idea to start exercising to work off some fat and get the shape you want you could be heading for disaster if you don’t pay attention to your health before beginning a home workout. Before you begin any new exercise routine visit your doctor so that he can make sure everything is working like it should, that way your new workout doesn’t do more harm than good. In order for your body to preform at it’s peak you need to de-stress, rest and keep well hydrated with lots of pure water. You have to make sure your body is functioning properly so that you can reap the most benefit from each of your workouts. You need to avoid stress because most of your body development happens when you are at rest. If you’re stressed out it is hard for your body to care for itself and the recovery you need to build muscle is pushed to the side while your body tends its internal systems first. While working out will help us build muscle and lose weight, it’s important to pay attention to nutrition so that our bodies are getting the fuel they need to meet the demands of a new activity. You can’t just train hard and expect your diet to take care of itself. You need to cut out the over processed junk in your diet. Processed foods lack the nutrient density your body requires to work the way it needs to. If you eat foods closer to their natural state like fresh fruits and vegetables and minimally processed meats, you will be amazed at how much better you will feel and how much more effective your workouts will be. Eating for power, consuming only the best nutrient rich foods, will keep you from overeating and make cravings a thing of the past because your body will be satisfied that its needs have been met. You need a good home workout program. Selecting the most appropriate one for you can be a daunting and expensive proposition but with the right information it is something you can do. Of course, the absolute best way to get an awesome home workout routine is to hire a professional trainer to create one tailored specifically for you. At a price of somewhere between fifty and one hundred dollars a month you can get a professional trainer to design a program for you and walk you through it so that you know how to do the exercises with good form. The best alternative to hiring a pro is to hunt down a routine on the internet that was created for people similar to you and download it from the internet. A lot of trainers offer programs online that come complete with updates, nutritional help, exercise instructions and support for twenty-five to fifty dollars a month. I have created a guide to finding the best program to fill you needs, to read more follow the link below.

Go to www.fatlosslifestyle.com & Iwill teach YOU little known Nutrition Principles that will force you to gain muscle & lose fat faster than ever. The “Dumbbell Fly” should be one of your chest exercises. It is an awesome functional, athletic movement for you athletes. It is a great finishing technique. Remember, you will work the target muscle better by visualizing the target muscle. Go slow (a 3-1-3 tempo), and visualize that you are squeezing water out of a sponge in the chest. Think about driving the elbows together versus the dumbbells. Remember it is not how much weight you lift, but it is how you lift it.
